Very clean and good environment. All staff are helpful and you really don’t need to leave the resort unless you really want to, improvements could be made on the day pass visitors having the ability to to take seats at the pool from those staying at the resort.

The Island Resort was a great place to land during our stay in Florida. The resort itself is older and smaller, but you cannot beat the pool and access to the beach! We loved having great food options available so close and the heated pool was where we landed on most days. It was very family oriented and had fun community gatherings on the patio between the resort and the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the live music, all while enjoying the ocean view! We traveled with our 6 and 8 year old children and would definitely visit again!

We stayed here for our honeymoon! The staff were extremely friendly, the pool was amazing and we LOVED the DJ! Right on the beach and the live music at night was great. Also easily walkable (if you like to walk) to restaurants and convenience stores!

I was unaware you had to pay for daily parking and a daily resort fee. Other than that, the resort was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and they offer daily room cleaning. I had a 2nd floor room facing the pool, it was a very nice view. The access to the beach has a ramp and steps. The beach is well maintained, there was no trash anywhere. I would recommend families with our without kids to stay here for a relaxing time.
