Loved the breakfast buffet! Carpets in hallways could have been vacuumed more often. Overall staff was nice and good place to stay on the beach!!! By far best service in the dining area for breakfast and food was delicious!

Love that it is walkable to the beach but wish the hotel had a discount on chairs since we are staying at the hotel and its hotel chars and umbrella, and allowed us to bring coolers. There were puke in elevators and had let the staff know and a few times they were inappropriate adults in the hot tub when it’s supposed to be a family friendly hotel. We ran out of towels and had called to guest services and phone kept ringing, had to call front desk and asked they said that they will get it up by that day came back still no towels in the room called down again and they did send some up right away. Parking was a mess there was no checks on cars that actually paid for parking, we had pay and finding parking was hard itself unless you want to park clear over by the garage. There were plenty of cars that didn’t have the paid stickers on them. Would recommend bringing home beach towels so you don’t have to pay for extra beach towels.

The resort was acceptable. However, it was unexpected to learn about the $250 deposit required at check-in, as this information was not provided beforehand. Additionally, while complimentary breakfast was advertised, it was charged to the room. The air conditioning in the room was automatically set to 68 degrees, which resulted in it cycling on and off, only activating for brief periods when the room became warm.

Our check in time was at 4pm. We didn’t get a room until 8pm and that was after the help of one gentleman. If it wasn’t for him we would’ve got a refund and book somewhere much more pleasant for our vacation.

The room was nice but the bathroom wasn’t clean. The two food carts by the beach weren’t open at all so that only left you with the restaurant in the lobby. The beach was awesome and the short walk to the pier/shopping/restaurants next door was great.

Clean room but basic. Wonderful, easy beach access with close bathrooms and bars. Pool area had many options to eat and get drinks at. The hotel had everything we needed including laundry area. Only one pool was heated and was crowded at times.

I didn’t get the room that I requested, room that they put my family was like a motel room I found Cellphone behind wall and bed headboard, joint and whole weekend it smelled like weed. Managers were actually the worst. Staff was ok. Not recommended Old and dirty. Not a resort like. More like motel. If you book through Expedia they don’t want to work with customer at all.

The Gulf view was absolutely amazing, however the rooms need to be updated. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and a ton of children in the hot tub. I'd say this place is better suited for families than couples. Our AC was extremely loud and our cards didn't work when attempting to enter the 2nd building. Which isn't a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience.

Clean room and accommodation from staff was constantly given , however we came and apparently there was a convention or tournament and the one amenity that was warm enough to get in was constantly full of teenagers. Though they were guests too the fact that it was chilly everyday besides one day out of our 4 we should have been able to get in the hot tub without being overly crowded . I think I counted 30 teens in the hot tub on multiple occasions . They should maybe implement an age range at certain times for guests in the hot tub . Of course the children weren’t considerate even after the front desk and security tried to get them to at least take a break and let others get in. I also didn’t like the fact that I paid for the breakfast each day but didn’t like what they had available and wanted to get a refund for the remaining days and was told no . Also there were several children running up and down the hallways on our floor either early in the morning or late at night .

Our room looked over the beach after upgrading for $70 nite also the pools were enjoyable as one was heated the other was not so going in March it was a little chilly

Room had a musty smell. Wet and dirty towels on the floor in the hall. Half eaten food left on a table next to the elevator. The whole place had an overall smell and nasty atmosphere. We left and stayed somewhere else.

This place gives off timeshare vibes, get an affordable nightly rate, they nickel and dime you for every single thing, coffee is like a regular amenity at hotels right? Not this one, the only coffee available in the hotel is at their restaurant where there staff is very busy and you have to ask them to get you one if you want to bring it back to your room in the morning. The pool they advertise is FREEZING cold, there is a heated pool that is small and overcrowded (like an rv park type pool), two elevators in our building-one of which was broken down the entire time we were there, 6 floors of people-small elevator. They have a third party company put out chairs all over the beach front, they charge a TON for using them (and it blocks the view from every one else👎One available restaurant on the outdoor premises (sizzle and smash) was not even open on the day we wanted to try it out but was suppose to be from 11-5, nope. The rooms feel extremely moist…? Like wet, we had cookies in our room that got soggy after a day. Yes it’s on the beach. They have tons of very expensive drinks, sure, not much is regulated. This is not a kid/family friendly place, that’s all I have to say, pretty disappointing. All staff except the front desk is nice but probably not paid enough. Front desk does not answer phone calls and appear annoyed with any questions. The guy who check us in was very nice and there were a few that were nice but majority of the time this was the case.
