Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was good. We had a wonderful Christmas here. They should take reservations for dinners and allow you to control the thermostat in the room, even if its just the fan on/off. Honestly, if i had been able to sleep well because it was cool enough I would give 5 stars!! Wait staff around the pool were amazing, especially JJ..wooaa wooa!!

We really liked this resort. But there were few things that could be better. I'm sparkling wine drinker, so your prosecco is warm not cold like it should be. It was little disappointing, because that is the drink, which need to be COLD. Also, maybe it's time for updating showers and rooms overall. There was MOLD in our shower. Property is awesome, and location. Staff was really nice too.
Most likely we'll be back!!

The hotel building has a of sewer some places more some less like on the 11 floor next to my room was so terrible the smell then lots of places in the lobby had the same problem with a bad smell.
