"Hotel was great! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean spacious room Inga great location! The only negative is our room was in the annex and a 4 th floor walk up. The staff did care of our luggage both up and down. I highly recommend!"

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "

"The hotel has a unique touch in the decoration. Also a nice smell of herbs & mint. Room was very neat. Shower head in my room was broken, but no big deal I made it work."
