I admit I made a mistake with my reservation, but that should not be an excuse for showing a bad attitude toward customers. In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. I hope this feedback helps improve customer care, since friendliness is essential in any situation."
