"Nice and clean!! "

"We stayed for 7 days 6 nights. We are a family of 4. The hotel is great for families especially for young children. They have great amenities and the location is great only 6 miles from magic kingdom. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the staff is not friendly. The staff from the restaurant out by the pool are the worst. In one occasion I simply asked for ice and the girl working the early shift gave it to me with an attitude. The convenience of having Walmart across the street is also a plus. I would probably stay here again simply on location and the fact that they maintain it clean. "

"Staff was not the friendliest, front desk had difficulty communicating our requests initially and housekeeping did not service the room the last 2 days we were there. Attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk and escalated to a manager but no one ever followed up. Not what we expected from a Marriott property. Very disappointed and Rex’s t left a voice message for the front desk mgr. and hotel mgr. to resolve the matter. I am awaiting a response them. "

"There were baby roaches in the room and baseboards and just general cleanliness wasn’t there. Staff was amazing and breakfast was decent. Pool is shared with another property so you are not able to enjoy it due to the amount of people and no where to sit or relax"

"Flat is a great space, evermore bay was great! Kids love the sandy beaches. Good food options and lots of entertainment throughout the day! Golf course was also excellent and in great shape!!"
