"The room was very comfortable, clean, upgraded and well lit. The location was not too far from the airport or zona romantica. There is also a vegan cafe - viva la vegan within 10 min walking distance for any vegans out there. The pool on the roof top is beautiful. Live music/DJ was ok and a bit loud. View is great and you can also walk down to the beach of the neighboring resorts. Our room faced the ocean and the road and was noisy at times due to the traffic. "

"Was here for 6 days and had no complaints other than the Mediterranean a la carte, it was old food and the restaurant was dirty. However, every other restaurant was excellent! Italian was my personal favourite. The resort was very clean, ALL staff were absolutely awesome and friendly. Rooms were great, ac worked and had a nice ocean view. Roof top pool and bar was definitely the spot to be! Would definitely go back and recommend to others"

Food was fresh and tasty, variety of healthy food (meat, veggies, fish, seafood, beans). Want to mention Alfredo, Israel and Ivan M. Excellent service! Beach is nice, good for kids, big enough. Entertainment. Evening show programs were interesting. Actors are professionals, the acrobatic perfomence was perfect. We also enjoyed a comic show, the great program. "

"We originally booked a family room. All the family rooms face a junky looking alley. They were very accommodating and moved us to a standard room with an ocean and pool view the next day. I would definitely book there again, but just would advise everyone to book a standard room instead of one of the cool family rooms (unless the view doesn't matter to you)"

Wish there was wifi in all of the rooms, and the buffet could have used more pico de gallo/guacamole and chip appetizer options. Definitely reserve a night at the a la carte restaurant (the black bean cream soup was the best soup I have potentially ever had) at the host station first thing weekday mornings, that was a wonderful dining experience. The only real disappointment was at the adults only area! The staff was snobby/rude, went there for lunch once, we didn't get a drink! Noone even acknowledged us, obviously didn't return to that area! Proble wont return because we prefer renting something on its own and eating at little restaurants intown! "
