「Centrally located but no beach access. I was requesting for a higher floor my room at 2nd floor and my room view was construction but they want to charge me for more at the price difference of the room rate of my check in. Even for a room upgrade the rate was also the difference of the room rate of that day which is ridiculously expensive. Im not sure if I’m coming back. They will try to squeeze money out of you.」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「La atención muy amable y servicial siempre. El único detalle es que el wifi no agarraba en todo el hotel que ni siquiera en las teles. De ahí en fuera servicial me hizo muy práctica la cocineta en la habitación, eso de la un plus que no cualquiera tiene. Gracias!」

「Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay...

「Los Arcos Suites is an extension of the Playa Los Arcos main hotel property, and located just around the corner (within a block walking distance). It is a modest property, but does have it's own pool and lounge chair area. Much quieter than the main hotel. It is not beachfront, but the main hotel is beachfront, so you can reserve a lounger right on the beach. All-inclusive is a must, as the value is excellent - as is the food! Authentic Mexican/Spanish cuisine. It is a wonderful boutique...
