「I travel to Vallarta at least twice a year and my first choice is always this hotel everything is just great」

「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「I had an incredible stay at the tryst! The room was gorgeous and always meticulously clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with whatever requests or questions I had. The room stayed incredible cool with the powerful air conditioning. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning. Lounge chairs were comfortable and the infinity pool was breathtaking.」

「Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad.」

「The only real positive was the ocean view and beach location. I highly advise that you choose another hotel. First, upon checking in... I was assigned a room that was different from what I booked. I went back to reception and waited 30 minutes to be placed in my oceanview king room. My keycard would not work! Back to reception to receive another keycard that did not work! Two other people were having the same issue, one who had already been there a day prior. The receptionist accompanied me to...

「Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay...

「Great property but the $500 was a bit much. Especially since the hold does not go towards incidentals like food and you had to pay for incidentals in cash or on a debit card at the end of the stay.」
