"As we walked into the hotel, we had an awesome view to the beach with a turquoise color. Our room was great !! Clean and spotless. A small water leak issue in are first night but, was taken care off wright away. All the staff members we met were very polite and helpful. Food was great ! As well. "

"The resort was clean and well kept. Enployees were friendly and very willing to help with anything you asked for. Victor was the best activity person we could have asked for. He made our trip even more fun than it would have been without him. Evening entertainment could have been better, but was not horrible."

"The Room has some old details (issues). I've paid for 4 person but everything was setup for 2 people so I need to ask for extra water and towels (they didn't charged for it). A loud sound from the toilet can be heard sometimes (like water pressure issues). Wifi was terrible and didn't worked all the time. The info about the hotel is poor and hard to find. A good software can help this problem easily. For example: There's Ice Cream in the Cevicheria but You can't find this information anywhere. Almost everyone was helpful and smiling. The food was ok. Nothing fancy but fresh and good taste. The Italian Restaurant was perfect 10/10 (and is free for a day) Pool temperature was nice. Pool for the kids with some problems like an isolation yellow tape in one of the sliders for the kids. Overall was a fantastic experience. You don't need to leave the hotel because everything is included. "

"The pool was enjoyable. I participated in the aqua aerobics and I loved it. Blanca one of the instructors had great style and enthusiasm! Great beach-the rocky water break made swimming and wading very safe. Short walk from the pool onto the beach. The staff were amazing! I celebrated my birthday and Esmeralda, Rosario and Pedro sang happy birthday and brought me a dessert at breakfast! All of the server staff were so happy and helpful!"

"Such a beautiful space!! The environment was clean. The staff friendly. What i love most about the place is, its not secluded like most resorts. There's a marina near by with dance club, starbucks and great Mexican food. Its a safe area too. I could live there"
