「We had the best time! The staff is amazing, especially our butler Josué Hidalgo… From booking dinners to reserving pickleball courts! He was so friendly and helpful. Also, Victor at the Hemingway Lounge kept the most delicious cocktails flowing. The beach is so beautiful and has everything you need… snorkeling, swimming, surfing and more. 「The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).」

「La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones.
El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas....
