Staff was super friendly, the area was right down town close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Very chill and quiet hotel, love that there’s a pool and a communal kitchen. The courtyard was absolutely gorgeous as well. I will say though the building itself didn’t look structurally right with the halls on the third floor almost tilting and the plumbing was awful. Other than that we really loved this hotel!

My daughter and I were at the hotel when the violence hit (Feb 22) the city. The staff were great, a big shout out to the staff for feeding us on the roof kitchen, it was the best rice and beans ever! They took care of guests with compassion while be separated from their families. They were very kind.

A nice calm clean place to stay in a busy neighborhood! Staff were super helpful, we had a late flight and they let us keep our bags there after checkout so we didnt have to carry them around all day 😊

Staff was fine. But the room was old and very run down. My shower was cold although my spouse's was finally hot after a while. It is located in a major party area and u will not sleep without earplugs. It didnt feel clean but maybe it was my imagination because it was so run down. There was a lizard on the bed. A small one, but a lizard. Bathroom fixtures were tiny and old. The shower floor drain cover was off. There was unfinished renovations visible in the room. The streets in the area were dirty and it almost seems like a red light district. Also no elevator however the staff was quick to carry our luggage up the stairs for us.

The hotel had a great location. The lobby and the hotel layout were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient . However the room and the hotel need update. The bed was not comfortable and the room with the balcony to the main street was very noisy until 1-2 am and noise started again at around 5 am. We kept the balcony door closed at all times but it did not make a difference. The washroom smelled very bad if you turned off the air conditioner and closed the door to the bathroom.

Staff were wonderful,room not good. Toilet broke 3 : times in 2 days, sink was leaking, and the street noise was so loud we barely slept. Key card had to be replaced twice. Layout of room was awkward, with a step up into the tiny bathroom. Glad I brought a nightlight or could have been a real problem.

Shower was leaking with low pressure. Toilet ran all the time. Bed was springy. Not the worst I’ve stayed in but definitely not worth $150 (USD) per night. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in Mexico for less than $50/ night.
