Great location. Very nicely kept more traditional Mexican hotel in a very active neighborhood. Quite yet close to everything. A great place to stay.

The staff was lovely and our room was, but this hotel is NOT in a family friendly area. The Zona Romantica is geared toward partying and drinking and not family activities. The windows in the rooms are also not ideal and the street noise pours into the room all night long. Sound machine required.

Strong deodorizer on the wall spraying into my face every 20-40 minutes. It can't be turned off. Ceiling fan speed cannot be easily adjusted because there is No level indicator for on and off or levels. Small entrance to room106. Difficult to take my luggage into the room

Exactly what I wanted. Great location and that old world feel of PVR. We loved our king suite and views. Just be ready for stairs no elevator. The staff were great and helpful. Close to everything. Easy walking. Even our snorkle trip pick us up two blocks away. I also recommend Fluffy's for breakfast. For the price well worth it.

The building is older, but has lots of charm. The rooms were very clean. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located with the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants and lots of shopping in easy walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully kept, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a restful night. Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it!
