「Beachfront location with beautiful views, very nice and accommodating staff, and amazing buffet and restaurant options, plus it’s close to other beaches and great snorkeling spots; our premium room was incredible with 24-hour room service, making everything so convenient, truly one of the best experiences and we will definitely be back—tipping isn’t required, but the staff are so kind and hardworking that they truly deserve it.」

「Our stay in this resort was the most horrific experience for my family. Filthy and smelly resort all over! Our room in the old tower was extremely hot and humid. around the middle of the 1 week stay we started noticing mold on the walls and mold ON OUR LUGGAGE! our clothes became filthy.
