「We love the large rooms. Adult pool was very relaxing. Staff was vermin snd helpful. Food was ok, not exceptional but typical all inclusive. This was our third time staying here. Although we like it we will probably not be back. The bug bites on the back of my legs can make for a few miserable days. I know the resort sprays and try’s to control this but it is just part of being near the jungle.」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「Beautiful views from rooms, clean, modern, and comfortable. Spa service was excellent. Friendly kind staff. A great place for families or the younger crowd. This is not a quiet relaxing resort. Lots of loud music throughout the day into the evening/night. Some confusion with meals first day, as not an open all day buffet. We arrived early afternoon and had trouble getting food at that time for my daughter who was pregnant. The food was good. Not sure if connected, however 3/5 of us got...

「The restaurant had a limited selection of food the night I stayed. I did not get into my room until 6:00 as the cleaning crew were very busy. The air conditioner didn’t work and when I asked to have someone come look at it, the front desk said in 5 minutes, but no one came! It’s getting antiquated. Chairs are wood and uncomfortable to sit on. 」
