「great secluded spot with awesome beach but no coffee in the morning ? .... really? .... 」

「The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...

「首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。」

「This place caters to you like no other. The food is amazing, the staff is very attentive, housekeeping is awesome, my kids insisted on going to their kids club just about every day, and my wife enjoyed her time at the spa. They do try and sell you on their membership program, but they don’t push it. We never had an issue after we told them we were not interested.」

「This is our 4th time staying here and most likely our last. We chose to pay for the included breakfast only this time, as opposed to all-inclusive. The breakfast food was not good. It used to be amazing. It used to be our favorite meal. Now the food is bland and the few choices of meat options were really bad quality cuts. We had breakfast 3 times there and only one time were we approached by a server for our needs (gracias Enrique). We noticed that the servers mostly approached paying...

「Every room is ocean facing. Our room is impeccable and staff are very attentive and eager to assist with everything. We interacted with Paul - the pool attendant the most as we hang around the pool and the beach most of the time. We are walking distance from zone Romantica and Malecon where there's lots of souvenir shops and eateries. Will I come back again to stay at this place? Yes - totally.」
