「The room was amazing as we stayed in the Raphael! Jerry, Itzel, Sonia and Manuel the bartender were fantastic and gracious hosts as we got a full tour of most of the rooms (some were occupied and couldn't be viewed). They are undergoing a remodel right now but it didnt bother us as there is plenty to do and see during the day in the Romantic Zone and even in downtown Puerto Vallarta. The restaurant in hotel is very good food and its a 1 minute walk right out to the beach! For authentic mexican...
