"Pool view"

"The wifi is only in the common areas and not in any of the rooms, which is inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Here’s the thing, I was not impressed by the front door but after you go into the actual courtyard, it’s much nicer than you’d think. The rooms are big and are in decent condition for the age and area. It is very convenient to walk down to the beach and excursions, and not be super high priced because it’s not right on the beach. "

"We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta."

"We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view of the sea and no bird watching in the morning. "

"The room was lovely. Views superb, quiet, apart from a bit of traffic. However, we couldn’t use our credit card to check in, had to use cash. We weren’t the only guests this happened to. They xanclled our last 2 nights, with a week’s notice and offered no compensation. We later learned everyone had been cancelled to accommodate a wedding..surely they knew about this more than a week ahead! The advertised airport shuttle did not exist. Neither did the advertised coffee machine in the room, although there was a large communal kitchen . Would not recommend this hotel, except for the wonderful location and good pools."

"We loved our stay. The views are phenomenal. We love listening to the ocean 24 seven. The rooms are open area and bright. Clean and amenable! The owners are also very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there! We look forward to another visit when we return."

"The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."
