「To be honest I was super excited to stay at this place,for the price we paid I was expecting better quality in everything, but the his was my worst experience of all, but for others to know if you are looking for a place with fun activities this is not the place, the place is nice but has almost nothing to do, you can’t get in the beach, the waves are to strong and deep, you can’t even go for a walk there is no place to walk, the pictures lied it’s not what it looks like, the entertainment is...

「首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。」

「The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).」

「All staff was great and helpful. We had a very good experience and when relaxing in the beach they brought out complimentary drinks for us. Arriving we were treated with a margarita and Pedro explained how to navigate around the hotel with great detail.」

「We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. Having the horses nearby...

「We had an amazing stay at Patio Azul! The pool and spa were awesome! Everything we wanted to do was a quick ride away from the hotel. The room(Agave) was awesome and the views were amazing! If you can get that room you will love waking up to the ocean everyday! The hotel is a quiet place perfect for relaxing! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Stay here if you can!」

「AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!」

「Very large suite, that made me very comfortable. Great hot water shower, fridge, microwave, all the necessities. I arrived early, only problem was getting inside as there is no front desk and I was not getting a response. A courier guy was going in, that is how I was to enter, after that everything was perfect. Building is solid, location is fun . Thanks for hosting me, I had a great holiday.」
