The room was gorgeous with an amazing view. The resort was very clean and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is that the buffet should stay open much later than 5 PM. Some people are not interested in making reservations for the onsite restaurants.

We were very impressed by relaxing vibe at this resort! We loved the beautiful lobby and the friendly staff at check-in. The pool area was beautiful and all the restaurants had beautiful views and great food. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool area. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the restaurants had plenty of delicious options. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The staff were so welcoming and nice too. We will be back!

The staff were amazing. Alot of premium brands of alcohol were not available but overall still good. The pool was a fantastic temp and very clean. Aguachile at the Cevicheria was acceptable.

Our experience at Hotel Fiesta Americana was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel truly special. I would especially like to recognize Housekeeping for going the extra mile and creating a beautiful birthday setup in our room to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. In the adults-only area, Nacho and Rafa were always incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning.

La verdad no nos gusto, cuando llegamos nuestro cuarto no estaba limpio. Y luego no tienes acceso a todos los restaurantes y albercas, necesitas pagar 90 dlls mas x dia para poder acceder y eso decia cuando reserve. La comida estaba horrible todo hecho al aventon. Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta was the prettiest resort in the area and the location was great. The food was amazing, especially at La Cevicheria and the breakfast buffet. The service at the restaurants and standard pool areas was also very good, the workers were very nice. Our view from our room was beautiful and there’s flowers planted in front of most of the balconies. Unfortunately, the VIP service was terrible and not worth the extra money we spent. To gain access to most of the facilities (adult pool & hot tub, beach bar), you need to be of Fiesta Club status. However, the VIP service, especially at the adult pool and our personal concierge, ruined our experience. The adult pool only had two waiters and they would forget our orders everyday and would come back half an hour later asking what we ordered again and then would just give us the wrong drinks. We made sure to tip them a lot everyday as well, but this still happened. When you first check into the hotel, they assign you a concierge that forces you to walk around with them for an hour. They knew that we just got back from traveling all day and we were tired, we asked if we could please go to our room and at least change and take off our backpacks but they still forced us to walk with them. One person in our party is disabled and the walk ruined his mobility and experience for the entire trip because the concierge walked too fast and made him take the stairs instead of using the ramps. Don’t get VIP.

Penthouse was misleading, every room looks the same, only thing that changes is elevation of room, they all have a balcony. limited selection on alcohol, very cheap and had to pay “premium spirits”, was not worth the price, other resorts near it are definitely better.
