Overall a great stay. Great location since it’s close to the marina and the airport. We only stayed one night to be close to the airport before our flight. Only reason I give it a 4 was because staff made us wait for a room for a long while even after the late check-in time of 4 pm. We had kids and elderly parents that were tired and just wanted to rest and we had to wait like an hr more for a room. When we finally were given our 2 rooms we used our keys to open the room and were surprised to see that the rooms were already occupied so we had to wait some more. The property is beautiful just wished the check-in process was much faster and coordinated.
