Clean hotel & rooms, great staff, 1/2 block from the beach…can see from our room balcony & from pool rooftop. Many shops & great restaurants close by. Would have been perfect if every room had a fridge. Hotel helped us find a rental & had it delivered & installed. Over priced but worth it for our one month stay. During the first two days of the recent events between the Gov’t & the Cartel, the hotel went over & above looking after us. We were almost immediately given big water bottles. Also, the hotel arranged for hot meals Sunday & Monday…this hotel does not have a kitchen nor a restaurant so no dishes, cutlery, etc. How they rounded up caterers & supplies in such short order is beyond our comprehension but was great food & extremely appreciated. Our sincere thanks to the entire staff. Also we noticed the hotel seems to have adopted a senior citizen. Many in the hotel took a liking to this nice old guy & adopted him too. Big heart at this hotel & big hearted staff. We plan on staying here again next year!

Excellent location, one block from the beach and very convenient to all the fantastic bars and restaurants in Zona Romantica. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Only thing missing in the basic rooms is a mini fridge. We had a tour of ones of the mini suite on the 4th floor and it is a big step up, would be worth looking into.

The location is perfect and all the staff are very friendly. Everything is very clean and there's a very peaceful atmosphere. I'm also grateful because during the state of emergency in PV, the hotel team helped me retrieve my suitcase, which I had to leave at the hotel because I had left PV for just one day and couldn't return due to the situation. Thank you, Hotel Eloisa! See you soon!

We stayed at Hotel Eloisa during an unexpected period of unrest in the city, when fires and road closures meant we needed to shelter in place. What could have been a stressful experience was handled with remarkable calm and professionalism by the hotel team. The staff were steady, organized, and reassuring throughout. Although the hotel does not have a full restaurant, and all nearby shops and restaurants were closed, they cooked meals for guests, ensured we had drinking water, and remained present the entire time. It was clear they were choosing to stay and care for guests when they likely would have preferred to be home with their own families. Under normal circumstances, the location in Zona Romántica is ideal with ocean views, walkable, vibrant (request a courtyard room, if you like the quiet side). Under extraordinary circumstances, the character and commitment of the staff made all the difference. We would return, without hesitation.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Location is perfect at end of Malacon plus across from park where several tours start & area with cultural entertainment weekends for sure & the Huge Saturday market. As for hotel….extremely clean, rooftop patio small pool, excellent beds. More so is the staff who are friendly helpful… especially mention Lilly & Cecilia. During the chaos of Feb 22/2026 staff went above & beyond. Thanks so very much
