I’m not usually one to make a negative review, however, I would hate for someone to be dissapointed like we were. Our first ever all inclusive experience, and we are not picky/fancy people…however this stay was NOT worth the price tag. The food was consistently disappointing, always cold and extremely bland. We even made it into a game to try every dessert to see if any tasted even slightly different or slightly better than the last. They must have all been made at the same very mediocre factory. The drinks were also extremely mediocre and inconsistently made. I had one amazing Paloma, but other than that the drinks were generic and either very strong or very weak. The staff at the front reception were not welcoming at all. Upon our arrival we were given a bracelet and a confusing map, and left to fend for ourselves. The drinks were also mediocre, and inconsistent.

Our room wasn't ready for check-in for several hours. We paid for a room to check-in on time. We also had to wait in the check-in line three different times to check if our room was available. You aren't able to book a reservation for dinner the first day, so you have to eat at the buffet regardless and it was not good. Our room was dirty and not cleaned around the toilet. There were issues throughout the hotel like broken things down the halls, etc. There was a very drunk person who fell which is due to the bartender over serving. The buffet for lunch had foods that were more for a dinner buffet, which were really heavy items. I was looking for more traditional mexican cuisine and it was not that. All of the meat I tried was fatty and chewy, not good quality. The AC in the room did not work very well. Had to use both fans on full blast to be comfortable.

The bathroom in our room is gross. Fuzzy mould growing out of the wall. Filthy toilet and bathroom corners. We had no facecloths, hot water, bedside lamps, or hair dryer. It was the worst! The food at the buffet was inedible.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and had a great view. AC was cold water was hot. Check in was very unorganized and the restaurant reservation system is awful crashed every morning at 9am when trying to make reservations. Pool was good and had very good entertainment. Have stayed here numerous times and it appears that needed renovations are taking place.

The room was cleaned excellent everyday! The buffet was good and the restaurants were amazing and very easy to get into for 2 people. Having the two pools and the beach front was so nice to change up the scenery as they all have very different vibes!

We loved our view of the pool and beach...gorgeous! Room always seemed just a little dirty. We didn't have hot water until day 3; staff didn't seem concerned when we discussed it with them. Towels...no bath math/towel, hand towels or wash cloths; had to ask concierge every other day. Food was good but entrées were never hot; just warm at best. Order omelets for breakfast...very good! Wait staff was always AMAZING! The bartenders were prompt and friendly! The pool entertainment crew were funnn! Very nice beach area! Plenty of boats and yachts to view and cruise ships come in every couple of days. IDK if I would return to this specific resort but would definitely return to Puerto Vallarta.

The room has new furniture which was nice but the resort itself needs a ton of updates. The tiles on the walls, the roofing, the cement - everything had cracks and needed some TLC.

Room needed significant upgrades, especially in the shower. 3 of the restaurants were at the sister resort next door, which allowed kids, so only half the restaurants were actually adults only.
