「A pesar de los 3 puntos que mencionaré, pasamos una estadía muy amena, el personal es amable, Luz nos recibió muy bien al momento de realizar el check in. Puntos negativos: 1) Tuvimos un inconveniente con la puerta de nuestra habitación: no abría porque se desconfiguró la cerradura y lo atendieron a la brevedad, pero mientras estuvimos mi hija y yo húmedas (salimos de la alberca e íbamos a cambiarnos) y paradas como 20 minutos viendo como intentaban arreglar el problema y esperando poder...

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「This was our 7th stay at Las Palmas. We were happy to see.many of.the great long time staff still here. Guadalupe at the Buffet in the morning, and then on to Pool side drink service in the afternoon id THE MAN! Edgar is always there with a smile to take care of you. We had a couple of newcomers doing a great job at the buffet also. Daniel and Alondra "Pumpkin", are very good servers. Ignacio was also a good server. All of the afternoon and evening bartenders are all very personable and mix good...
