This hotel is in poor condition. The restaurant area, reception, and open bar are leaking everywhere. The only good thing about this place is its waiters. It's very expensive for the service they offer.

Staff was very kind and hospitable. The activities for the kids were good and easy to join and leave! They had a waterside area, pool with shallow part and tame spots along the beach for the littles to play. The entertainment was good and the food and drinks were also good. We have been to higher rated resorts but this one was everything we needed and perfect location along the beach and close to airport!

Great resort with a lot of fun activities. The beach was clean. The staff is outstanding from the front desk to the servers and the cleaning staff. Everyone greets you entry time they see you. The 24hr cafe was fantastic. My main complaint was the food. It was not good at all. Breakfast lunch and dinner at the buffet were always lacking options and the options tasted awful. The only thing I really ate was the tacos at the Mexican restaurant other than that we had to keep leaving the resort to the mall next door to get food.

Sunscape is a nice place to stay. Our grandsons liked the pool and water park. We had Mario for a waiter for breakfast and lunch and he did a wonderful job taking care of us.

This is our 9th visit and well couldn't be better. From thr moment we get there we are treated like royalty from Omar oscar mario javier at the beach and Gladys at the buffet it was all amazing. Cant wait to go back.

Sunscape was a beautiful experience! They kept the atmosphere interesting, fun, and relaxing. They always made you feel welcome and that they were happy to assist in any way. I believe this is a 3 star hotel, it provides the minimum for a good stay: Comfortable beds, some good food options, very helpful staff, ocean front. Old property, needs lots of maintenance. Some hints: from the moment you arrive people will work hard to sell you something, It cost me 3 hours of my time fending off sales people and in exchange I received some good discounts. The place is crowded, but I like that as opposed to higher end resorts that are lonely. Met lots of families. All buffet/restaurants have at least a few good options, trial and error. I enjoyed the entertainment program. Kids had a blast, didn’t want to leave.

My family and I loved staying here. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and were always looking for ways to enhance our experience. The entertainment team here work very hard and long hours to put on shows, movies for kids and all day long entertainment. It is conveniently located near a shopping mall and other activities. The room was very clean and well kept. There were many different dining options. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Sunscape team for making our family vacation absolutely amazing!!! The staff was very friendly and worked very hard. Food was excellent and never ran out. There is staff continuously cleaning the property and there are a few nice shops on the resort. Drinks are also delicious and made quickly.
