"The Lucerne genuinely feels like a well-kept secret. I've rarely enjoyed a hotel stay as much as this one. I found the hotel to be clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, and convenient to so much of what I wanted to see during my visit. The value for the money is exceptional. All that would be enough to keep me coming back, but their in-house restaurant, Nice Matin, provided what may be the best, and certainly the fastest, room service I've ever had anywhere. Every meal was better than the last, and I still think about the ravioli I had on my last night. What an excellent experience. I'll be back as soon as my schedule allows."

"Great hotel and definitely a bang for your buck! Incredible location, very friendly staff, fancy-feeling rooms, and delivered much more than promised or expected. My only reservations are the elevator and the infrequency of cleaning services over a 5-6 day visit. Otherwise, fantastic."

"We had a great stay at the YMCA. Seems silly to charge to use the Y when everything was closed during our stay but whatever. Room and bathrooms were clean. It was nice to use the lounge. It should have a microwave for guests to use. Would stay again. "
