"The pool was small and I felt like it was not clean. Kids couldn’t even see under water with their goggles. There were a lot of kids running around without parents and we had several knocks on our door from kids messing around. We did call down to the front desk and they sent security up immediately. So that was a plus! Employees were very attentive. "

"The hotel is very run down and smells as soon as you enter rooms are a great size and clean but very thin walls and you can hear everything called security on first night and took over an hr for someone to come no help at all never got any sleep that night all in all I would not stay here again much better places to stay "

"All the employees were stuck up, rude to say the least, and not very compassionate let alone understanding Life on life's terms. I don't care but I will never a room from this hotel ever again. Hell I will never rent another hotel room from this flight out company again. Really they're making me mad at Expedia more than anything. There was supposed to be no deposit on my room or my car rental and there's surely wasn't a pool and my breakfast definitely was not included nor was my son's."

"We stayed in the room in the apex of the triangle. The square footage is reduced by poles supporting the overhead loft bed and a tv that juts out from the wall. It’s like the place is booby trapped. The only storage is under the loft bed so plan on smacking your head at least once until you learn to keep squatting and ducking. The water from the shower trickles into the floor. It gets slippery. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and easy going. The room was expensive…fees and taxes were added on to the Expedia cost at the end of the stay. "

"This hotel is beautiful with and old charm kinda intriguingin in a good way with lots of Chicago history. You walk in to a friendly staff and very clean hotel. Its safe and you feel safe. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and area was clean. Parking was a medium size with plenty of space to park, but you come early as it fills up fast.Thank you for a great stay.👍"
