「NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

「Check-in was remote and smoothly navigated over the phone. The property itself is excellent both in terms of location (shops, restaurants nearby) as well as size of the apt. There were 3 minor issues - slightly mold/grout in one of the showers, water mixer in 1 shower too hot, and the coffee machine was leaking water causing slightly spill.」

The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.」
