The apartment was perfect! Everything we needed and very spacious with enormous beds. We were aware that we'd be in the centre of town but totally missed we'd be so close to the Cavern and the noise would exceed the levels we had expected until the early hours. I'd advise decent ear plugs!

Great location, clean, spacious and easy to check in. The blinds are rubbish so bring eye shades, and ear plugs if you find it difficult to sleep with loud music across the street. (I stayed on a Wednesday).

The room was clean and massive, the only downside was it was quite loud location wise, I didn’t anticipate it being like that on a Monday night, you expect it at the weekend but that’s my fault not the property. It’s central to everything, it’s just finding a car park that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg also there’s a few maintenance issues with the apartment. Nothing major just like there was a big almost rip on the dressing table and there was a mark on the skirting board and carpet which was perhaps an old drink or sick. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was lovely. We didn’t use the kitchen or living area because we came for the football and only stayed a night so I can’t comment on that. It was also a bit difficult to find as it’s a small doorway in-between shops. The communication before was a bit of a nightmare although it was sorted it was a little bit of added stress asking for a bill and Id but no email to send it too then the deposit. I can’t fault the property or cleanliness.

This was a great property to stay. We had everything we needed with in walking distance. Taxis and buses a block away. Grocery around the corner. Yes it has noise due to how close to Matthew st. But was not horrible. Stayed for 10 days and loved it. Would stay at the Castle Collection properties again when we visit Liverpool again. Thank you

Fantastic stay in these apartments. We stayed in a one bed apartment, it had everything provided to make a comfortable stay. They are very clean and modern, kitchen facilities had everything, toiletries were also provided. Taking into consideration that these apartments are right in the city centre noise levels in our opinion were very good. We stayed mid week so may be noisier at the weekend. Parking was a 5-10 minutes walk away in a very secure car park for a £10 fee per day. We were very impressed with these apartments and would definitely return again.
