「This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless. 「We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

「The view from the room was fabulous and the room was ok. We stopped twice to check in but on one was in the office! Another guest was ahead of us and he drove away! Other than that it was a great place to relax!」

The only bad thing was our room faced the street and vehicles were kinda loud. But it didn't seem to bother us to sleep. Overall I would recommend this place and we would love to stay here next time we're in Gatlinburg!」

「Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again!」
