The only thing i didn't like was that the Freezer didnt keep our stuff frozen seemed like it needs to be turned down cooler. Other than that we loved it and we will be back again to sray .

Had what we needed!

Stay was great, had everything we needed for the family. Could use an update on the AC but it was cool while we were in town, and the fire place worked well! Great location and great view of gatlinburg!

The furniture and decor was a bit outdated. It was very centrally located, close to many restaurants and tourist shops you could walk to. The Ripley's Aquarium is fantastic! Thank you, Strickland family

We had a wonderful time. There was only one issue, there was a bear that spent a lot of time at the condo. It was fun for pictures but sad to learn the bear would probably be put down before she became aggressive.

The property is within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions. Our particular unit had outdated appliances & the bed was placed on wooden blocks. I would suggest getting pest control on-site because we saw several roaches within our rented unit, too. Overall, it was a decent stay considering that nothing in life is perfect

The property was very nice overall. The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious enough. The decor also made the space feel very homey and welcoming. The only issue we had was regarding the ac unit. Air didn't flow well throughout the whole space, due to the small vents. Would be better if there was a celing fan or another ac unit in the rooms.

We liked the location but having to walk up the hill to get back was hard. And there were a few things that were needed in the kitchen. Having to go to a different location to get clean towels was not okay i am glad i brought some extra from home.
