"The hotel room that I stayed in was very dirty. So much so that I went to purchase my own cleaning supplies to wipe down dirty surfaces in the bathroom, thick with dust and others’ hair. I wore sandals in the shower. The usual soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles were not supplied. This may be standard at certain hotels but the cleaning crew did not change the sheets when they cleaned the room throughout my stay. Parking was down the street at the Exchange hotel in a lot that was not secure, but nothing happened to my vehicle - just something to note. I went up to the hotel roof/lookout area, but it was empty and the bar was deserted, maybe it only opens at certain times. It was a very nice view but I wish I could’ve had a beverage or app. There was a nice coffee shop right in the lobby with an amazing banana bread matcha drink. The hotel is in a great location, you can walk down the street to the pier and just a few blocks to restaurants, Central Ave bars. Lastly, there were some rowdy guests staying around me making a lot of noise and slamming doors throughout the night so unfortunately I was pretty tired throughout my trip. "

"Nice hotel! Free bottles of water and toiletries in the bathroom. Our only disappointment was the shuttle, we waited 20 minutes and eventually just decided to walk. "

"Check in was smooth. Main areas of the hotel clean, breakfast was very basic. NO air conditioning in main areas of the hotel, it was hot and sticky."

"Very awkward check in...office was a mess. Room did not look like pictures, wobbly furniture. Roaches. Slept on top of our own blanket. Questionable staff. "

"Please do not stay here. I was so excited they allowed me to bring the kittens I’m bottle feeding and it turned into a horrible vacation. I let it slide that I couldn’t go a second without my shoes or I needed to scrub the black off them. I let it go that there was constant parking lot activity outside my door and I got no sleep. On my second night there in my lack of sleep while making a bottle 1 kitten got out and peed on a comforter. It was in the middle of the night so the only option I had was to remove it and make sure nothing else happened and nothing else happened. I left a pillow with my late grandmother pillow case on and tried to get it back as it was important. I let it slide when the hotel lied and said that everything in the room was covered in urine and disposed off due to biohazard. I got mad and probably rude but I let it go. Unless they are referring to the towel I put down on the floor when I took a shower because the curtain went all over the place and let water out. The floor was so dirty that towel I put down turned colors from the wet floor. But, first morning I woke up there I looked in the mirror and saw what I thought was a bite in my scalp. I panicked thinking there’s bugs, I wish it was that. This hotel gave me a fungal infection on my scalp. Refuse to give me a refund yet the place is unsanitary and not what I paid for. I was so stoked for this vacation now I wish on everything I wouldn’t have wasted my money. "
