聖彼得堡海灘飯店，旅行前必看！

「Clean, friendly, and fun vibe at this hotel! Pros: 1. Incredibly comfortable beds and great in-room AC. 2. Super friendly and helpful service at pool bar, restaurant, and front desk. 3. Very cool pool area and bar with a good vibe. 4. Walkable to downtown and in a safe area. 5. King suites have a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and mini sofa which made it so comfy and nice. 6. Very few kids- I am a mom, but an empty nester and appreciated that this felt like an adult-oriented, fun experience. 7....

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unbelievably fresh and delicious. There was even an omelette station. Parking was a bit tricky and there is some construction; but, I would 100% stay there again」

「I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.」

「No complaints at all, everything was good, staff, breakfast, location amenities. Shuttle to beaches was awesome, a plus. And they have beach chairs, umbrellas you can use for the beach, couldn't ask for more. Family stay of 3. Restaurant and walmart walking distance was perfect.」

「Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee. PROS: Balcony with nice view Female bartender at the outside bar was very pleasant 2 oz of sparkling wine at check in Cookies in the lobby in the evening Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible"...

「We arrived late after a day of travel to find that the hotel had no room for us, despite the fact that I had reserved and prepaid six months in advance. They tried to blame it on Expedia overbooking. Hyatt clearly needs to fix their system. Very disappointing, frustrating, and simply unacceptable.」
