「All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. 「The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. 」

「Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「This is a great place for families with a quick Starbucks and nice restaurant options. Indoor saltwater pool was active with teens seemingly having an awesome time. Despite the ongoing construction out front in parking lot, this did not place a damper on our visit one bit. We understand the need for improvements and renovations. Would definitely stay here again!」

「I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. 」
