「Didn’t get housekeeping for 4 days straight」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「Our room was in the parking lot with bird droppings on our "balcony". The room faced a parking lot and was next to the entry to the building which was NOT private. We offered to pay for a different room but that was declined」

「Air conditioning leaked and was noisy. The whole property smells like wet carpet. This was NOT a $400 per night room or experience. I do not recommend staying here, just visit the amenities and stay elsewhere. Two night minimum was also not expected.」

Great patio space with comfortable chairs and a really nice outdoor bar. Lots to do on the property. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t even get to do everything!」
