「Didn’t get housekeeping for 4 days straight」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「Everything seemed clean and well kept. The resort is cute and everything you would expect from a lake resort. Overall the property is dated and the pools are too small for the crowd size around the 4th of July weekend. The lake has a ton of seaweed and algae resides around the perimeter of the lake. The restaurants are above average and we had a blast at karaoke night. Overall a 4 out of 5!」

「Well, I had to pay extra to park my boat on top of a very expensive room! Their gate to get into the parking lot wasn’t enough room for my boat to clear. I hadn’t noticed that the shower leaked onto the floor and when I stepped out, I literally avoided a trip to the hospital by slipping my way to the floor.」

「Rooms are very comfortable and updated. Staff was all incredibly helpful and very friendly. Used the outdoor pool on 2 different days and it was comfortable and clean. Great patio space with comfortable chairs and a really nice outdoor bar. Lots to do on the property. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t even get to do everything!」
