「Dirty, disgusting hotel, worst customer service, no shampoo, and no soap. Worst place I have ever stayed. They should shut them down and not market this hotel.」

「This hotel was a 3star at best. The food was horrible. After 3 attempts, we decided to eat elsewhere. No one was ever at the coffee shop. There were hidden fees - 22% resort fee each day that was not shared until the day before check out. Location was ok. The balcony is for view only, not to actually sit on and enjoy the view. For some reason, I expected more. The staff were mostly pleasant. This hotel chain is not on my list for future travel.」

「Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again.」

「Although I had a bit of trouble checking in, I contacted the staff, and they were very helpful and cooperative. The place looked new and freshly painted, but the room was very small for two people.」

「The property is well maintained, the staff was cordial and friendly. The breakfast was a standard buffet, bread was terrible. The $45 dollar stay fee is deceiving, you get a $10 shop credit and a $12 bar/restaurant credit but every thing is overpriced. A bottle of water is $ 4.85 and across the street you can get it for $1.50. The strategy is force you to use your credit but you end paying more . The beach is about 10 minutes away and you are lucky if can get the chair and umbrella the hotel...

「El lugar nos encantó. La localización es excelente y el área nos pareció muy agradable. Todo estaba súper limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún más cómoda. Lo único a mencionar es que hice una consulta por WhatsApp y la respuesta llegó al día siguiente en la noche. Afortunadamente, no se trataba de una emergencia.」
