「This is not a hotel- it’s an apartment building that I assume wasn’t selling so they are pretending to run a hotel out of it. Upon check in they pulled out a binder full of random key fobs and then assigned it to a room, and said the room number to the room full of people. 「Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo」
