「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.」

「My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day.」

「Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. 「This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided. Check-in and check out are smooth with the use of an app. I texted to extend my stay and response was immediately received. Highly recommended!」

The living area is separate from the bedroom and the bathroom was separate from bedroom and living area. The entire staff is friendly and so helpful.
