Dirty outside but clean and comfortable in room. No customer service with this hotel.

Parking was secure, need a key card to get in. The bed was hard as a rock and thats how I like it. The TV size was great but the remote did not work. Turns out the remote was locked and couldn’t be corrected during stay. The room is huge and really needs a love seat, a couple of chairs or a dining set. Currently the only chair, singular, is a cheap stackable that is very uncomfortable but makes a great A/C deflector since the one on the unit is missing. The room has a unique smell, likely the result of existing for 50+ years and the days when people smoked in the rooms. Would stay here again.

The bed sheets were dirty when we checked in. We only got cleaninf service once, and had to ask for extra towels. The floors made my feet black. Our room key stopped working half way thru our stay, and we had to wait until the evening to get it fixed.

The room was not clear and had a dirty couch and bed, there was roaches in. Checked in outside window and standing in hot sun.

Stood in 105 degree temps for 30 min to check in. You walk up to a window as they are not using the lobby. I reserved queen beds. Got a king size bed, no dresser, no place to hang clothes, no chairs for table, no microwave and woke up to a bug crawling on the night stand. Not to mention the large amount of homeless people.

Llegamos a las 11:30 de la noche y no había nadie, dice que es 24 horas, estaba dormido el encargado salió hasta las 3 de la mañana nos tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para que nos dieran la habitación, ya queríamos descansar despues de manejar tantas horas, pésimo servicio.

It’s obvious that this used to be a really sketchy motel in a not so great area, and since it’s under new management I don’t really want to complain too much. Cuz you can tell they’re trying. It’s in a gated area and there’s a lot of strict rules for people waking up to get a room - that’s fine and good. The main issue is that the place is just old. And the walls are paper thin. And you get what you pay for; I needed a cheap room so it worked out ok, but lower your expectations - it’s not quite as nice as it looks online.
