The staff was nice and friendly. The room was ok other than the door having a big gap under it and the bath room not being very clean. The shower had no hot water. But other than that the stay was pleasant

First time booking here, pretty easy to get checked in and checked out. Room was clean with no issues whatsoever. Pretty conveniently located right next to the ramp for I-17. Would definitely book here again.

Parking was fenced and have security guard at entrance so felt better. Coffee offered at the front area, at first it was weird, but then I realized it's actually very practical to save products, time to clean... Refrigerator in my room was not working but I found a solution by getting a lot of ice at night and in morning for my fruits. I stayed 4 nights. The staffs especially the one who checked me in was wondering very accommodating since I requested room change 2 times! I would stay again!

I had a horrible experience here. I will say that the person that checked me in the day I came was extremely nice and helpful. From there it went downhill. I came in at midnight and noticed some things immediately. There was a large water stain or mold on the curtain over the air conditioner that was held together with duct tape. There was a large crack in the sink and the handle was coated in grime. There were rust and dirty spots all over the lamps. The bathroom door had a hole in it that looked as though someone had tried to punch through it. I could hear people out in the parking lot all through the night and there was a singular flip lock the door. The bed was clean, and the floors, but I did not feel safe staying the next two nights alone. Especially since they had a gated parking lot, but it stayed open, and anyone could drive in even if they didn't have a pass. These were just the main issues and I took plenty of pictures. I called Expedia the next morning to tell them I didn't feel comfortable staying. They told me it was non refundable, but said they would try to call the front desk to see if they could get a waiver and they couldn't do much on their end. I do have an open claim with them right now. I ended up checking out the very next morning, and was told by the front desk that Expedia would have to give me a refund. I knew booking it that it wasn't going to be high end, but I could not stay there comfortably as a woman traveling on my own and feel safe.

Below average and one of the staff members was so rude in the morning just because I asked a simple question. No light bulbs in any on the lights.

They never cane in to clean my room or make my bed which was fin err since i was only there for teo days, but th eff bathtub wasn't very clean & seened to havr a lot of stains & scrapes on the porcelain! The elevator on the property wasn't always working & very loud. clanging noise when the doors closed. The room was very spacious & the bed was confiryanle! Nice that it included a refrigerator & a microwave! It had no kleenex in the room so had to use toilet paper & should leave more than two rolls of toilet paper when no kleenex available! The toilet in the bathroom flushed very slowly also!

The parking area is unsafe. When I woke up this morning, I found my car wrecked on the driver's side; it appears someone crashed into it and then fled the scene. I asked them to review the security footage to gather information, but they told me I would have to wait two days. They were completely uncooperative—this has truly been my worst experience. Now, I stand to lose $3,000 of my own money to repair the car.
