「From start to finish, Edgewater Inn was a delight to stay ar. The staff was pleasant and were always ready to assist in any way to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the daily Happy Hour was a great way to wind down the day. The Inn is within walking distance of all main attractions in historic St Augustine and the view of the city and the river from the rooms cannot be beat.」

「Husband and I have stayed in various B&Bs in St. Augustine. This was our first stay with Carriage Way but it will return.
Our room was in the Centennial House across the street but didn't seem neglected at all.
Though we do not drink wine, to see it along with soda and bottled water offered freely was unexpected.
We did not take advantage of the provided games nor the dining table but did enjoy morning coffee on the sun porch before strolling around town.

「The Bayfront Marin House was fabulous!! The room, staff and amenities were amazing. The food items offered for breakfast and Happy Hour were very tasty. We had the room overlooking the bay with a private balcony. A private parking lot for the B&B was available with no charge to guests. We will absolutely stay there again on our next visit to St. Augustine! 」

The porches and complimentary wine, brandy, and snacks offered a perfect respite in the afternoon after a day of exploring the sights and shopping in the historic district of the city.
