「Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Sandy was amazing and made sure the room had everything i requested (and more)!!! Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Umbrellas next to the front door in case you forgot to bring one, like I did. Property was in the most perfect location - walking distance to/from the city, but just far away to not be caught up in all of the hustle and bustle. Stayed in the Caroline (RM 102) and it was stunning. Way better than the pictures. 1000/10 and will not...

「The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.」

「Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...
