「I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place...

「The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.」

「When I checked in, I was told that they didn’t have the balcony room that I had reserved. When I checked in at 6 PM, the front desk told me the reservation had just been received that afternoon. My receipt through Expedia showed that it was booked five days earlier. The front desk person blamed the third-party reservation and said there was nothing to be done about it.
