「Due to the season I did not realized we’re not booking in the “true colony hotel “, which was shut down for the winter, the hotel rooms behind the resort were ok, but was not able to see the ocean as I had requested an ocean view room, so very disappointed 」

「I’ve booked a king size and get queen size. Why I am being charged for kings while I had a queen size? The staff was rude and she gives us the explanations of her dog is dying. We made the best of it but the staff told us that she will rectify this on Monday but today is Tuesday. I am being charged and getting something else. 」

What no one will tell you, including their website, is you may be the only guest, and there are no other actual humans on site with you, just a phone number. We ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to start the gas fireplace pilot light, with limited direction, as well as where the TV is (hidden behind a mirror) and how to work.
