「Horrible experience. Arrived at 11:30PM. Late. But usually, you have a front desk where you could ring a bell and an attendant would come out. Here, the building doors were locked after 11:00PM. The instructions tell you to grab the phone on the wall and dial 500 after hours. No answer. Tried multiple times. Decided to press 2 for reservations. Of course somebody answers there because it means money. I explained the lady I had a reservation but nobody was answering the front desk. She tried...

「La limpieza no fue agradable,,,la alfombra de la sala estaba demasiado sucia,,no pude utilizar los muebles del barcon pues estaba tan sucio que era imposible usarlos, traté de limpiarlos un poco pero fue imposible,el piso de las bañera y las locetas no estaban limpias, la decoración fue agradable, la entrada al apartamento estaba sucia.」
