He handled the crowd professionally and courteously while letting the rest of us know that he'd take care of us. We just had to be patient. 「It was our anniversary. I asked at check-in if there were any upgrades available and the desk responded positively. Not only we did we receive a view upgrade, we received some drink vouchers to the bar.」
