Way overrated on Expedia. Lobby and hallways had a bad smell. We rented two rooms and one was not cleaned and disgusting when we walked in. Clearly the hotel was also being used to house people who needed a temporary place to stay, which was nice of them, but one should not believe the good online ratings for this hotel.

Almost nothing was as it should have been. The room was advertised as a tub/shower combo. It was only a shower. Upon entering the room, it had an odd, sour smell. I had spent that day placing my Father into Hospice House. It had been 14 hrs, and I was exhausted. I just wanted to lay down and watch tv. The tv had no signal. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk and it didn't work. Then put clothes back on and walked downstairs. The front desk Woman gave me a # to call! 30 mins later, I was on a call with tech support. They then informed me that a hotel tech would have to come to the room. A period of time went by, nobody showed, so I started to go back down to the front desk. On my way, the same Woman that had given me the number to call, was now my "tech support". Start to finish, an hr later of my time, I had a working tv. I then went over to the light next to the room phone that didn't work, and my foot landed in a sticky substance on the floor. The room hadn't even been fully cleaned. HORRIBLE stay! I should get a refund!

Always a pleasure staying here at the Extended Stay in Palm Bay. I have no complaints at all, the rooms are always clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly and almost like family. Ms Katrina and here team for always going above. Special shoutout to Carla, at the front desk, she always makes sure i have everything I need when I stay.

Bath mat was dirty (black) floors were dirty. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was a joke! Muffin and yogurt. No plain creamer For the coffee, just seed oil creamers. Def caters to long-term renters.

Check in was great, building and rooms were clean however very loud, we could hear everything above and below us. We got down to breakfast at 0915 and breakfast was all gone because “they did not get a delivery”. But she did offer us a granola bar and a cup of coffee and a styrofoam cup. There were no hairdryers in the room and when I went to the front desk they had none left. Overall it was an ok stay for a quick stop.

Excellent location near I-95, room with a full-size refrigerator, stove, sink, ample storage space, access to restaurants, and a gas station. The only negative thing I could say is that they only have one ice machine for the entire hotel (and it was broken), and the breakfast they advertised only had four muffins and a few snack bars when we went to the lobby at 8:00 am. We didn't even try the coffee we thought they didn't have any either.
