「A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.」

「My wife and I LOVED it! It is so reminiscent of old Florida. Alyssa and Debbie made the stay that much more enjoyable. Will stay there again!」

「Great view! But the room and halls were so hot. Rooms smelled like onions. Another person staying in the hotel made a complaint and was told it was the new curtains. The floor in our room could have been cleaned better. We had so many moths and beetles in our room at night. My kids saw them coming out of the vents. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price paid.」

「We were on the fifth floor They were doing some major carpet cleaning before our arrival Unfortunately, the fifth floor smelled like sour milk had been spilled, smelled absolutely horrible. Luckily, the smell was not noticeable in our room #501. I reported this nasty smell to the front desk.」

「Let me tell you, you cannot be the bang for the buck! The rooms are no frill but exceptionally clean. The best I think is that the place is directly across the street from the beach and the hotels across the street are over 2 times the price and they don't include breakfast either. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to the barrier island just for the beach, you can't beat the price, and I have been living in the area for 6 years!」
