「Rachel the manager of this hotel is rude and racist. Reginald and Madison were kind and professional, Allison in corporate as fantastic. Rachel ruined my stay & made me feel unsafe. The room smelled like mold, I was having problems with my toilet, the room had mold on the curtains, there was food on the walls. I took pictures spoke to Rachel through text, she never sent anyone to help me, the next day I went down to use the lobby bathroom, mine still wasn’t working, I spoke to Maddison at front...

「After taking a shower, I was walking around the room in my bare feet. I sat down to put socks on and noticed my feet were black. I had to use one of the bath towels to clean the floors. I showed the towel to the reception desk all he had to say was he was sorry. 」

「Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again.」
