The condo is very clean and appeared to be new. The digital check-in process worked well. We had trouble figuring out the TV, called for help and we received a response within minutes. The complex has a beautifully decorated lobby, a gym with lots of equipment, and a wonderful pool (not heated). My only complaint was that, being on the main floor, we could hear the tenants above us (walking around, shower, toilet flushing).

The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned.

Ok I want to start out by saying the condo in nice and the facilities are super nice. With that said there was some confusion getting into the place because the app wouldn’t work for me. Also, this place is not located near downtown Melbourne like it shows in the mapping. I’m not from the area so I didn’t know I just assumed it was in the general area and it wasn’t it a 5-8 drove down the road. Not bad at all but not where it shows. People above maybe have a kid or like to dance because they were loud and there was definitely a lot of loud music played either in condos nearby or in cars coming and going throughout the night. I didn’t sleep great because of it. I will say the bed is comfortable though. I wanted to like this place but I couldn’t rest and the app was frustrating which prevented me from knowing all the information of how to get in and get out of the place, how to use the gym or pool because they are also locked. Here’s the thing it’s gated which is nice but likely will stay elsewhere in the future.
