"It was our anniversary. I asked at check-in if there were any upgrades available and the desk responded positively. Not only we did we receive a view upgrade, we received some drink vouchers to the bar."

"Clean hotel and friendly staff. I liked the fact that the female staff text me intermittently asking how my stay was going and letting me know they were there if I had any concerns or questions. As a female solo traveler, this added a little sense of relief. "

"Any time I stay in the Melbourne area, this is my go-to place. The property is truly waterfront, quaint and lovely, immaculately clean, and really really cute. Weather dependent, I always get up and watch the sunrise from their spacious deck. There is every type of restaurant, grocery store, and entertainment within walking distance. For my tastes and needs, it's perfect."

"Our room was spotless and Carol greeted us with a smile and kindness. Luke helped us when we had trouble with heat. Who ever thought that would be an issue in Florida?!!"

"The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely spotless and the entire property was breath taking. We stayed in the carriage house which was absolutely perfect. Also the location offers so many extras including pop, chips and icecream, free of charge! As well as a wine hour with snacks and an amazing home cooked breakfast with mimosas! The only downside and it is a minimul one, is that the bed and breakfast sits on a busy corner road, right across from the ocean. It does add some noise but not much. We 100% will return again in the future. "
