「Our flight was late and the resort reached out to us to make sure we were still coming. They left our door unlocked with our keys inside. Small, quaint and worked around our schedule. Location is close to restaurants and right on a strip of fun things to do. Walked out to the ocean this morning and watched the sunrise. Right on the water!」

「The breakfast was delightful and the hosts are warm and welcoming! It is truly a relaxing inn. The inn is in the perfect location to watch a launch from the beach then walk to the pier to see the sunset or take in morning walks on the beach, ride a bike or explore the area! We hope to be back soon! 」

「Nice staff and well maintained property. The only issue, aside from the small room, was the bar and grill. It’s a very popular watering hole and loud drunks congregated outside our room on multiple occasions. The police even came to arrest one person who was out of control and screaming senselessly so, not the most peaceful place to getaway. 」

「This was definitely a budget stay. The property seems pretty old and rundown, and that carried into the room. The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn...

「Nice hotel. The beds could be better, ours had coils you could feel. Shower was good, access to the room and patling great. Fitness center has the basics plus. Good location.」

「What should have been a free intercontinental breakfast was instead at $20 charge to use. Coffee barista at Starbucks had difficulty providing us with a basic cup of coffee and bagel. (We actually received a fork to butter the bagel!) Finally, we were charge $12 a beer at your bar for a basic domestic draft. We're in Melbourne, not NYC! Am going to refer my friends to the Hyatt adjacent to the airport in the future.」

「Absolutely my favorite hotel on this trip. Great value for the money. Staff very friendly. Hotel beautiful modern clean design. Clean, great location great gym and pool. Breakfast delicious. Felt very safe. Even left my teen daughter there tanning while I did stuff with my son. Definitely my go to hotel when I come back area. And I’m very picky as far as cleanliness and design. And room with two beds and sitting area was absolutely beautiful. Nice big bathroom Don’t have anything bad to say 」
