「Arrived at 3:40, wanting to check in. Agent told me I couldn't check in until 4. I had a mtg. at 5 so had a tight schedule. Wanted to go swimming for 30-45 minutes, but since agent wouldn't let me in I changed clothes to get ready for my mtg. and wasn't able to go swimming. Check out time is 11:00 and I had to hit the road early, so wasn't able to use the amenities. Having such a late check-in with no flexibility is bad customer service. Breakfast was pretty bad. 「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out.
