This place was a great surprise! It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I guess I didn't realize how big it it was when I rented it, but it has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one very modern and nicely appointed bath, full-size w/d, and a very large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. There was a rooftop deck with a beautiful view of the Indian River across the street and parking a few steps from the front door. Each bedroom and the living room had a 65" TV. Best of all, Pierce was always available for any thing you may need or questions about the property or the area. We highly recommend The River Rentals when visiting the beautiful city of Sebastian.
