「Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.」

Cons: - No staff on-site. - Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...

「Surprisingly NICE!! We went on a cruise and needed a place to stay for just 1 night and this place was the cheapest!! I would definitely stay here again! Everything was convenient and comfy!!」

「The hotel is good for the money I paid. The building is older but I can see they are actively working on it. Breakfast was great! We were here for a USSSA softball tournament so the location was great; enjoyed the pool; we were able to do laundry which was a huge time saver! Wi-fi was spotty two out of six days of our stay. My biggest complaint is our room was near their laundry so the employees tended to congregate outside and were very loud on the days we tried to sleep in.」

「I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd.」

「Good location for the baseball tournament however, the property is poorly maintained with the floors, peeling up, cracked and duct taped. Lights not working properly with hair in bathroom and shower from previous guest. Hilton has known about the flooring and problems for a year and have not fixed it. This is not something new and it’s falsely advertised and extremely dishonest. Go somewhere else. Your welcome.」
